The Duchy of Dreamer's Glass is a territory formerly run by Treasa Riordan prior to her disappearance into Annwn and is now owned by Li Qin Zhou, who has annexed the former territory as an allied territory of the County of Tamed Lightning.

Dreamer's Glass is a duchy in the Kingdom of the Mists that borders the county of Tamed Lightning. Tensions between Dreamer's Glass and the Shadowed Hills duchy were apparently so high that the former has threatened war if Duke Sylvester Torquill ever ventured near. To avoid unnecessary escalation, Sylverster sent October Daye, his knight knight errant — known to have a small amount of potential objectivity — to check on his niece, countess January O'Leary, after she suddenly stopped her weekly calls. Riordan's paranoid rule has also resulted in the absence of a proper Court of Cats, as seen as Tybalt hadn't been notified of Barbara's murder due to the lack of subjects. This also gave Riordan an opportunity to hire Barbara to spy on Tamed Lightning.
Riordan orders a tactical retreat of her forces near the Tamed Lightning border after she and Samson kidnap Chelsea Ames in a ploy to colonize Annwn and turn it into a kingdom. Toby rescues Chelsea and strands Riordan with a limited amount of subjects and an incomplete supply chain, and Dreamer's Glass is then taken ownership of by Li Qin Zhou, therefore effectively making it easy for Sylvester and any Shadowed Hills subjects to visit without causing a diplomatic incident.

✥ In A Local Habitation, Sylvester details the very delicate situation between Shadowed Hills, Dreamer's Glass and Tamed Lightning. The fact that January wasn't able to leave her County resulted in her eventual death.
✥ In Ashes of Honor, Duchess Riordan and Samson conspire in kidnapping Chelsea, using her uncontrollable powers as a way to open a door to Annwn to colonize it. Riordan then orders a mass retreat of her subjects, an act that raises suspicion from Tamed Lightning.
